Today as Rachel and I were pulling up to the bookstore, I spotted Earl and Luke. I flagged them down and we had a brief conversation, the highlight being that Earl offered me a cupcake, saying, "Happy Thanksgiving". In case the date for some reason isn't showing up, it's Valentine's day.
Shortly thereafter, as Rachel and I were leaving, she asked if she could drop me off at my room. I said no, that the walk was fine, but she cocked her head suggestively and said, "Really?" So I started to say, "Drop me off at-" but Rachel replied with "Actually I really don't want to drop you off anywhere."
Then I ended our friendship.
I feel compelled to talk aboot how rockin' last night was. Rachel and what turned out to be a rather large group all showed up at the 90's to celebrate her birthday. Good times were had by all, revelry carried on well into the eve'. And I got a phone number by proxy and another very directly from a cute band frontman who later grabbed and kissed me. Since it's V-day, I think I'll call him, in the spirit of Idiosyncratic Fools(TM) everywhere.
